Spun bond non-woven fabric is a strong, lightweight textile material made by extruding molten polypropylene into continuous filaments, laying them in a web, and bonding them thermally using heated calender rolls.

Non-woven fabric is manufactured through a continuous process where raw polymer chips (like polypropylene) are melted, extruded into filaments, distributed evenly onto a moving belt to form a uniform web, and then bonded mechanically, thermally, or chemically without interlacing threads.
